Trump Administration Just Put Minnesota Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar on Notice: 'We Are Investigating...'

WASHINGTON — THE BORDER CZAR PULLS THE FILES ON THE SQUAD

WASHINGTON — The Department of Homeland Security has officially placed Representative Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) on notice. Border Czar Tom Homan confirmed this week that a "deep dive" investigation is underway into her immigration history.

The investigation focuses on long-standing allegations that Omar committed marriage fraud to secure immigration benefits. Specifically, authorities are reviewing claims that her 2009 husband, Ahmed Elmi, is actually her biological brother.

"We’re pulling the records, we’re pulling the files," Homan stated in a decisive interview. He emphasized that President Trump has personally instructed the DHS to hold individuals accountable for violating U.S. immigration laws.

This federal scrutiny follows revelations of systemic visa fraud within the Somali community in Minnesota. Homan noted that the DHS estimates up to 50% of visas issued in the region may be fraudulent, a crisis that has gone ignored for years.

THE BROTHER-HUSBAND SCANDAL: TRUMP DEMANDS ACCOUNTABILITY

President Donald Trump escalated the pressure on Tuesday, directly accusing Omar of committing fraud to enter the country. In a blistering interview, Trump criticized the congresswoman for her constant attacks on American institutions.

"I don’t want to see a woman that marries her brother to get in and then becomes a congressman," Trump told Politico. He highlighted the contrast between Omar’s alleged illegal entry and her frequent complaints about the United States.
